Information:
This beautiful young stallion
has all the attributes to enable him to become a top
class competition stallion and a superb sire.
Fandango's bloodlines descend from the best of Spanish
bloodlines including the famous Military lines. These
bloodlines are sought after all over Europe. They
are responsible for producing outstanding dressage
horses including Olympic Horses and International
competition stock.
The Spanish Horse is responsible for putting the class
and movement in to many of Europe’s finest Warmbloods/crossbreds
of today’s modern sporthorses.
Fandango, or Dango as he is affectionately known,
has a superb friendly nature, is conformationally
correct, he has a typical laid back attitude and enjoys
his afternoon siesta at approximately 1.30pm, so covering
is advisable before or after this time!!! Unlike the
Spanish Man-yaan? attitude, Dango is very willing,
enjoys working, is a pleasure to handle and can be
ridden by almost any rider, including a novice.
Dango has three fluent athletic paces, with a natural
talent for collection and Piaffe. He also loves to
show off his Spanish Walk when given an audience.
As with most Andalusians, Dango has been bred for
his breathtaking classical movements, however he also
has a powerful jumping technique, so would also excel
in Show-Jumping. Even without these two qualities
and just on looks alone this extremely handsome stallion
would equally breed a top class show horse.
Dango is booked to go to a top class dressage yard
at the end of his first covering season and we have
high hopes for him as a future dressage star.
When the opportunity to purchase Fandango came along
in the Summer of 2005 he was directly imported from
Spain, as I had always had a love of Spanish Horses
since childhood because of their amazing suspension
and presence.
Dango can cover many different breeds of horses/ponies
from any type of mare whether it is a Thoroughbred,
Warmblood or a Pure bred, with his three off the floor
paces he is sure to be a top class sire of future
competition horses.
